A Novel Half Mode SICL Based Dual Beam Antenna Array for Ka-Band Application

In this paper, we propose a novel Half Mode Substrate Integrated Coaxial Line (HMSICL) cavity fed monopole antenna at 28 GHz. A SICL is bisected along its symmetric magnetic wall (PMC) to create an open-ended cavity. The proposed HMSICL used excite tapered radiate in endfire direction with gain of 6.4 dBi For dual beam application, it integrated unidirectional broadside Waveguide (HMSIW) exhibiting 5.1 that provides spatial diversity the design. To achieve high gain, two co- located $1\times 4$ linear and HMSIW array are placed side-by-side such design produces simultaneous beams for In-Band Full Duplex (IBFD) applications. passive Signal Interference Cancellation (SIC) technique utilized minimize overlap GHz by orienting antennas within compact footprint. full duplex achieves 10.8 10.3 isolation below 45 dB over 500 MHz bandwidth. presented potential candidate relay where transmitting receiving signals different directions.
